Sterimar Congestion Relief is an effective sea water nasal spray that naturally and gently relieves your congestion and washes away cold & flu germs and bacteria before they take hold.

Directions

Use 2 to 6 times a day for a 10 to 15 day period.

• Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril
• Press briefly without tilting your head backwards or sniffing and remove
• Blow your nose
• Repeat in other nostril
• use as often as required

Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse and dry.
